So called 'full frame' is the same old and tiny 24x36 capture area now housed in a large, heavy body. The guts may be similar to the A7III but I think it will appeal to 2 different audiences. But what is outdated tech, or just plain disappointing, is the EVF, the LCD screen, the old menu system, and one card slot. assuming you are tripod mounted...it isn't that hard to pre crop allowing room for you to walk over and get in the photo.....and get in a position so you can predict your composition pretty well as to how the photo will come out. I shoot in NYC sometimes, and travel by commuter train. It's a great shame, because *if* they'd done it right, they could have had a seriously good camera. RubberDials - If offered a a6000 or a 7DMkii I'd say no to both of them, because as you rightly imply, the image quality of the 7DMkii (which I owned previously) is mediocre, and the ergonomics of the a6000 are terrible.
